If no action is taken on your order within 20 days of placement, it will be considered inactive, and refund requests will not be accepted. Should you wish to resume the project, a reactivation fee will apply depending on the nature and status of your order. Once final files are delivered, refund requests are no longer valid.

  • • If a refund is requested before delivery of initial concepts or editing updates, a full refund (less a 10% service and processing fee) may be granted.
  • • If the request is made within 48 to 120 hours after initial delivery, only a 33% refund (less a 10% service and processing fee) may be applicable.
  • • Requests made after 120 hours of initial delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
  • • Refunds are not applicable after the final files are delivered.
  • • No refunds will be provided on inactive orders (orders idle for over 30 days).
  • • Reactivation of such orders may require additional charges.
  • • SEO and Social Media Marketing projects are not refundable after 48 hours.
  • • For video animation services, refund requests will not be considered once a storyboard is approved or delivered.
  • • Refund eligibility depends on alignment with the project brief. Discrepancies must be documented.
  • • Refunds based on non-service-related reasons (change of mind, partner disagreement, etc.) will not be considered.
  • • If the order has been assigned and initial work has begun following the submission of a brief, only 50% of the order amount may be eligible for a refund.
  • • Requests involving multiple submissions to different companies with refund intent will not be entertained.
  • • All refund requests must be submitted to the support department and will be evaluated individually.
  • • The typical processing time for refunds is 25–30 business days.

The Book Labs uses log files as part of routine operations. These files log visitor interactions such as:
